5 Ways to Determine the Best Article Submission Sites

Every day new articles directories are popping up. I regularly receive invitations from new directory owners inviting me to submit articles. The question is, should you contribute content to these new sites? In my case, I routinely submit my articles to about 30 sites. As you can imagine, it is a fairly time consuming process. As a result, I only submit my articles to the best article submission sites. In most cases, you will maximize your marketing results by contributing to the best article submission sites. My definition of the best articles submission sites is as follows:

1. It must be a site that has been around for a while. I don’t want to spend my time submitting to a brand new site only to see that the owner is not making enough money and closes the site in two months. My time is too precious to waste on fledgling sites.

2. I only submit to sites that have a Page Rank of 4 or above. Search engines could penalize your site if you have tons of links with poorly ranked sites. To ensure this doesn’t happen to my sites, I only submit to sites with good Page Rank numbers.

3. Another of my qualifications for best article submission sites is a timely publishing schedule. I hate it when I spend my time submitting articles to a site and the editors still haven’t reviewed and published my articles from 10 days ago. When this happens, I immediately drop them from my submission list.

4. Traffic – mine, not theirs. I check on where my traffic is coming from each day. It is a time consuming process, but it is very much worthwhile. If I notice that I am not getting any traffic from a particular directory, I drop from my list. As far as I’m concerned, there is no sense in sending my content to directories that are not benefiting me.

5. About once a month, I will view my article stats from each of the directories that I submit to. If the stats show lackluster page views, I will consider dropping them from my list and adding a site that I feel can be more productive.

To qualify for my list of one of The Best Article Submission Sites, a site must satisfy each of the criteria above. Don’t just write articles and submit them to one or two sites that you heard are good. Do some research and submit to sites that can benefit you the most.

The Top 10 Directory Submission Sites

Directory submission sites provide a very important link in the process of garnering maximum inflow of focused traffic to a website so that there is greater possibility of getting customers for the products or services of the website. Directory submission ensures that a greater amount of incoming back links are obtained. Since the ranking of a website in a search engine is determined by the quality of the incoming links, it is essential to get quality links so that a better ranking can be obtained. Submitting the website to top-ranking directories and getting a higher ranking will ensure that a larger quantity of good quality links will be available to the website.

How Directory Submission Helps

In order to increase the total volume of quality back links, it is necessary to submit the website with its keyword list to many directory submission sites and search engines. This will help in placing the website in the top listing categories of the major search engines such as Google. Directory submission is submitting a website to different directories such as Yahoo and Google. The submission can be done either manually or mechanically with the help of software, though most search engines prefer the manual process. It is more convenient for the website because it is possible to select from a large number of directory service providers.

Web directories have linkages to different sites. The linkages are categorized into different groups and sub-groups, and the sites submitted to them are listed in the appropriate group. The contents of the submitted website are analyzed by the web directory and the listing is done on the basis of the quality of the contents. The top directories give one-way reverse linkages to the sites. The sites can be included only in a few categories. People who browse for a product prefer to search the top submission sites, which is why it is important to find out the top 10 directory submission sites and submit the website to them.

Make Money Every Day With Revenue Sharing Sites

If you are not making money with your online business, maybe you should try something different. I am a big believer in starting you business with minimum expense. If you can earn some money without spending any money, you should at least try it. Too many people jump into expensive programs only to find that it doesn’t work for them.

I also believe that you don’t have to make a killing with every sale. Earning a little here and a little there can add up to quite a lot. One easy way to make some money is through the use of Revenue Sharing Sites. If you can write articles, this may be an excellent way to start making some money. It may not make you a fortune, but you can easily make $20 to $50 per month. The key to this idea is to submit articles on a regular basis to revenue sharing sites.

Revenue sharing sites are very much like traditional article submission sites with one big difference. Traditional article directories post Adsense or other advertisements within the articles that people submit. Every time a visitor clicks on one of those ads, the site makes some money. Revenue sharing sites also post ads within with the articles that people submit, but they share the income that they make from this advertising. So, if you are submitting articles anyway, why not submit them to sites that are willing to share some of the money that they are making.

In order to make money with revenue sharing sites, you have to set up an Adsense account. If you don’t already have an Adsense account, you can easily set one up by going to Google’s Adsense Setup Page. Fill out the information there and you are ready to go. Make sure that you read and are familiar with the Adsense policy information.

There is no limit to the number of articles that you can submit and you can submit the same article to as many different revenue sharing sites as you like.

The way to maximize the amount of money that you make from revenue sharing sites is to submit articles frequently. The more articles you have listed, the more money you will make. I try to submit at least one article every day. By submitting articles on a regular basis, you can easily make $20 to $50 each month. So, if you’ve written 50 articles in the past three months, why not register with Adsense, and submit all them to a number of revenue sharing sites and make some money!

Who Should not Submit Articles to Revenue Sharing Sites

Are you submitting articles to enhance your Internet business? If you are, there is a good chance that you should probably be submitting your articles to the revenue sharing sites as well as traditional article directories. But who specifically, would benefit by submitting to some revenue sharing sites?

How much money are you making right now with your articles? Are you making enough or would you like to make more? If you answered that question by saying, yes, you would like to make more money, you should submit your articles to the revenue sharing sites. You have all the benefits that you get with traditional article submission site as well as receiving a portion of the advertising dollars that they earn.

Would you like to increase traffic to your website or blog? If you said yes to this question, you should submit your articles to the revenue sharing sites. Some of the revenue sharing sites provide quite a few page views and a fair amount of traffic.

Are you writing articles to enhance your reputation and profile on the Internet? If you said yes, you should submit your articles to the revenue sharing sites. Some of the articles that I have placed on these sites are ranked higher than articles that I have with traditional directories.

Are you looking for quality backlinks from sites that have good page rank numbers? If you said yes, you should submit your articles to the revenue sharing sites. Some of them are ranked very well.

As it turns out, the only people who shouldn’t submit to revenue sharing sites are those who make over $17,500,000 per year. You see, people making that much money are earning about $100 per minute. If they took five extra minutes to submit an article, it would cost them about $500. And they won’t make that much submitting one article to the revenue sharing sites. But then, people who are making that much money each year probably don’t write many articles.

So if you are not making over $17,500,000 a year, you could probably benefit by writing articles and submitting them to the revenue sharing sites. The substantial benefits far out way any potential disadvantage (for most of us).
